The main role of courts is to enforce the law, and to resolve disputes between parties.

Course content

The VCE Legal Studies course covers the Victorian Court Hierarchy, and the jurisdictions of the Magistrates’, County, Supreme (Trial Division and Court of Appeal) and High Courts.
